Chapter 262 Familar Building! Suspicious Gaze!

"Finally, they are gone!" Elysia flew inside the chariot and sat on the seat opposite the one Noah was sitting on.

"To think you would do something like that, hehe!" Xin Yan chuckled as she heard the old man cursing from far away.

"So where are we going?" Elysia asked. She looked at Noah with stars in her eyes, waiting for him to reply.

"We should find a place to stay first." Noah suggested, "Did you find where that thing I asked you is placed?"

"It's in the Royal palace," Elysia replied while looking away from Noah's gaze and looking towards the clouds.

"Then we just..." Noah asked with a slightly exasperated tone.

"Yep!" Elysia exclaimed with a popping noise. "I would have taken it out for you if it was not placed in a separate space. I cannot access seal spaces with my current powers."

"You have powers too?" Xin Yan asked with a shocked look on her face, but Elysia could sense a mocking tone in her voice even without paying attention.

"I do, the older I am the stronger I get. There is also another way, that would need me to have a lot of powerful beings living on me." Elysia did not pay attention to Xin Yan and explained to Noah who seemed to already know about this.

"You are already old enough to be the ancestors of many strong people. I wonder if you have to be more powerful." Xin Yan did not stop but once again poked at Elysia. She would have ignored the woman but seeing how she had no intention of backing down, Elysia decided to strike where it hurt her.

"Noah!" She jumped in Noah's lap, and squirmed in his lap, "She is bullying me." With a teary look on her face, she pleaded to him before nestling her face on his shoulders.

From the side, Elysia became happy seeing Xin Yan's hollow eyes looking at her with killing intent inside of them.

Noah easily saw through her acts, he pulled her up like a cat from his lap and threw her back in her chair.

"If it's in the Royal Castle, we don't have any way of instantly obtaining it. I can be someone at the same level as that old man inside the palace."

"What is it that you are talking about anyway?" Xin Yan asked with curiosity. She did not know anything about what Noah asked Elysia to gather for him.

"Next!" The guard looked around and shook his head in confusion before getting back to the next person.

"That was weird." Xin Yan looked back with confusion. She did not expect that they would be able to enter this place very easily.

She looked at Noah, thinking if he had done something. As if sensing her gaze, Noah raised his hands and flickered his fingers.

A look of recognition flashed her eyes as understood what Noah had just done.

While they were walking through the marketplace where people did not bother them and went on with their work, the three of them noticed a familiar-looking building.

"Eternal Jade Guild!"

The name carved on the building made the three of them remember a certain purple-haired woman.

They walked in the direction of the guild and entered the place before removing the seal placed on them.

He approached the closest empty counter where a woman was sitting reading a book. She adjusted the glasses on her face, sensing Noah coming in her direction.

"I would like to see if there are any places for us to rent." the woman snapped out of a momentary daze hearing Noah's voice. She pulled out a book and familiar stones before showing Noah the property on the place.

After finding a suitable place, Noah decided to rent it for a month first.

"Let's go and settle in first. I would love to eat something, I am starving." Elysia nudged Noah in the direction of their new home and also pulled Xin Yan along with her.

Their appearance attracted many eyes from the crowd but Noah sensed a unique gaze in the middle of the crowd.

The gaze was not filled with any sort of emotion. The fact that there was no emotion in the gaze was what made Noah to be more attentive to it.
