Orion’s pincer darted forward with blurring speed toward Fenrir.
The lightning mage wasted no time in wrapping his entire body with electricity and then shooting into the sky like a bolt itself.
Orion’s pincer sliced through the air with a thunderous bang that shook the very wind and ground heavily.
The next second, Thalos appeared before him in a flash, his massive hands shooting toward the beast warrior like a meteor.
Orion quickly snapped his head backward, allowing the punch to rush past his face with blurring speed and crash into the air with a loud thud.
The beast warrior’s claw descended from above like a sword, aiming to slice through the gargoyle.
Kira blinked forward, grabbing Thalos by the shoulder and darting away just in time as the pincer crashed into the earth with a thunderous impact that instantly caused the ground to splinter.
Noir bolted forward, discharging a few laser beams. Orion swirled Ki around his hands and used it to bat the attacks away like they were annoying flies.
The same beams that tore through humans and beasts alike were clattering against Orion’s pincer-like claws like bullets against a sword.
None were able to pierce the durable armor.
Swatting the last beam to the side, Orion took a step forward, vanished, and reappeared before the familiar in a flash.
His tail sliced forward, ready to cleave the wolf apart.
Noir wasn’t backing down.
He immediately shrunk down to a pup-like size, allowing the tail to whistle past his form.
In the same breath, the wolf darted in between the beast warrior’s legs and then reappeared behind him, rapidly expanding back to full size before swinging his hind legs backward, crashing them into the beast warrior’s back with heavy momentum.
Orion slid a step forward due to the impact that cracked the ground beneath their feet.
Spinning back around with a swing of his pincer-like claws, Noir quickly shrank back down lest the blades tear through him.
Simultaneously, Thalos was dropped from the sky by Kira.
His hands were raised above him, swinging down at Orion with blazing speed.
Left with no other option, ki wrapped around Orion’s hands, which he shot forward in a cross position.
It was just in time as the gargoyle’s fist crashed into the beast warrior’s forearms with the weight of a heavy mountain.
Orion’s knees buckled as the ground splintered open fiercely, with rocks flying into the air.
The blow was blocked.
His tail shot forward like a whip.
Thalos quickly twisted around fluidly, allowing the tail to slice past him.
Stretching one hand forward, his greatsword flew into his grasp.
He hauled the weapon forward like a baseball bat, all in one breath.

The greatsword targeted the exact spot where Fenrir had previously punctured.
It tore through the area, causing Orion’s face to twitch in pain as his body was blasted backward from the force of the smash.
His heels tore ridges through the ground while he lurched backward uncontrollably.
Kira materialized behind him in a flash of sparks before sending a bright lightning beam hurtling the beast warrior’s way.
Orion, feeling the strange rush of energy behind him, quickly twirled around, about to defend against the attack.
At that exact moment, Fenrir crashed down from the sky with a giant lightning hammer in his hand, swinging directly toward Orion’s head.
Now the beast warrior was torn between defending against Kira’s beam or Fenrir’s hammer.
He was caught completely in the middle.
In that split second, he made a swift decision.
He would defend against both.
Visual ki wrapped around his whole body like a tidal wave and then, with blinding speed, he shot backward, allowing Kira’s beam to tear harmlessly through the ground.
Fenrir’s hammer obliterated the earth in an instant, sending a massive earthquake crawling across the battlefield.
A blanket of dust was kicked up along with a few pieces of rock that flew into the air with them.
Five thousand ki swords appeared all around Orion, their tips pointed forward.
Without hesitation, they launched forward with blinding speed.
Thalos crashed in front of the weapons with his greatsword slicing forward, smashing into the blades and sending them shattering to the ground.
He darted forward like a blur.
His hands moved across the air as his greatsword clashed and bashed into the oncoming projectiles, causing most of them to shatter against his weapon like brittle glass.
While he was handling this, Noir, Fenrir, and Kira decided to bolt forward with overwhelming speed.
Orion shifted slightly, his leg twisting to the side for a moment.
And then, the ground caved in under the force of his lunge.
He darted forward to meet the trio heading his way.
Within a jiffy, they clashed in the center.
Fenrir’s lightning arrows blitzed forward, but they were avoided by Orion, who twisted and turned, weaving in between them.
Kira sent a few beams flying; some missed while others found their mark, hitting the beast warrior and sending him sliding backward in mild pain as a few scales fell off.
Noir leaped into the air, a gigantic fireball bursting from his jaws.
Orion wasted no time in diving to the side, allowing the fireball to explode into the ground, causing a huge hollow to appear instantly.
Pellets of flames were thrown in all directions.
Before he could reposition himself, a parchment flew toward him with fluid speed.
Swinging his pincer, the beast warrior ripped through the object when it suddenly crumbled into the air.
A huge wind gale smashed into his face, sending him tumbling backward for a moment before he dug his claws into the ground, bringing himself to a sharp halt.
Kira dove in instantly with a flap of her wings, sending massive strikes of lightning rocketing toward the beast warrior, who quickly swirled visual ki around his feet, allowing him to dive to the side and totally avoid the strikes.
Swooosh!
The beast warrior quickly snapped his head backward as Thalos’ sword sliced through the space his head had just occupied.
A mound of his hair was sliced off along with the edge of the blade grazing his face and drawing blood.
Tightening his jaws, the beast warrior flung his leg forward, bashing it into the gargoyle with all his might.
BOOOM!
The ground broke apart as Thalos’ eyes widened from the force of the kick, and then his body shot backward immediately, crashing into the battlefield with brutal force.
