Chapter 98: Chapter 98: A Seasoned Veteran!

Noah wanted to take a good look at the whole guild before going back home. As soon as he passed through the first doorway Noah could tell there were arrays placed at that place.

From what he could tell they were used to keep the noise from each area to that section itself, so the customers were not disturbed. There were also some arrays that kept the people inside from sneaking some stuff from the guild outside.

'There must be small arrays on all of the products that keep tabs on the products.'

Noah was really Amazed realizing that this matched the way supermarkets or shops from Long Tian's previous world worked but that system was on the barcode basis.

Before he knew Noah could no longer smell the calming scent of the medicine which broke his thought process and a strong scent of metals assaulted his nose.

There was no noise of metal colliding because the workshops of low ranking refiners were on the back side. There were also soundproofing arrays installed in their workshops.

Noah's eyes scanned through the rows of all kinds of weapons present on the shelfs Separately. The rows of the weapon defined the grade of the weapon. There were only Rows of all kinds of weapons.

The lower rows were for the Rank 1 weapons while the higher one was for the Rank 2 weapons. As for the Rank 3 or foundation establishment stage swords, they were placed in a separate place because of their low numbers and high value.

Noah's eyes stayed on the area where swords were placed. He was really thinking of buying a new sword for his collection.

'I need to have at least a couple of Swords in my arsenal but the grades of these swords are too low.'

Now that he was in the Qi condensation Realm Noah needed a sword at least on the level of a level three sword to fully display the power of his Realm while also being able to bear his sword intent.

"Do you want a new weapon?" Xin Yan asked, seeing his eyes fixed on the swords. Noah turned and gave her a small nod.

Noah's body stopped for a second before his whole demeanor changed to the point his whole body excluded an entirely different aura. The aura which most of the people present there were familiar with.

The aura of an experienced veteran and a powerful warrior!

His eyes closed partially but the vigilance increased alongside the coldness inside them.

Noah's hands opened a little in shape ready to grasp his weapon anytime he wanted. His whole body was excluding the aura of a seasoned veteran who had been through countless battles.

"There was so-" Xin Yan, stopped in the middle of saying something, her face turned pale, sensing the oppressive feeling in the atmosphere.

She could not utter a word seeing the sudden change in Noah's body.

It was not just her, everyone inside the room who turned their attention towards Noah felt like there was a knife at their throats. One wrong move and they would die there. This was not something Noah was doing on his free will but rather this was an instinctive response that had been engraved in his soul through time and experience.

The pressure disappeared with the same speed it appeared, making it seem like it was an illusion but the cold sweat trickling down at their backs was an undeniable proof that what happened was real.

Some of them failed to understand whether it was the woman or the boy who released that pressure. Only one thought was currently passing through their minds.

'Never make an enemy out of them!'

Their instincts were telling them if possible they should not even be in the same room as the person who released that aura and yet their curiosity got the better of them and they stayed to watch what would happen next.

The staff behind the counter was surprised to see the sudden chilling silence in the room. One second these mercenaries could not stop chatting and the other second they looked like someone had cut their tongue off.
