Chapter 110 110: The Prodigy's Moment

Chapter 110 110: The Prodigy's Moment

With laughter and joy echoing all around, the young Tokyo Wolves began stepping down from the stage. Jiho led the way, the trophy resting proudly on his shoulder, his grin wide and triumphant. As soon as he reached the ground, Jiho broke into a run toward the stands, raising the trophy high above his head to the roaring crowd who in response cheered even louder, shaking the air around them.

With a radiant smile, Jiho turned toward his teammates and carefully placed the trophy into Minato's hand, who received it with quiet pride, before stepping forward and lifted it high above his head, presenting it to the stands.

The crowd answered almost immediately, cheers swelling louder, feeding off the moment, while the rest of the team applauded beside him, their faces glowing with admiration and shared triumph.

After holding it aloft for a moment longer, Minato lowered the trophy and handed it to Raon who burst into a bright, unrestrained smile as he took it, lifting it high with a spirited roar.

The gesture sent another wave of cheers rolling through the stands, the sound washing over the team as they stood together, soaking in the victory.

Around them, the photographers were moving swiftly, doing their duty, cameras flashing as they captured every angle of the celebration.

Noticing the attention, Minato stepped along with Raon, and the two posed together with the trophy held proudly between them, their smiles wide as the shutters clicked repeatedly.

Haruma, with the golden medal resting on his neck was applauding along with his teammates.

The entire crowd was on their feet, clapping, chanting, voices rising in proud unison. The sound filled the stadium.

Haruma, still smiling, let his gaze wander across the stands, allowing himself to fully live in the moment.

Then his eyes found them.

Ryusei, Kento, and Mio were on their feet, clapping and waving at him enthusiastically. Beside them stood his mother, tears of joy shimmering in her eyes, her smile radiant with pride as she looked at her son.

Seeing them, Haruma's smile deepened. He lifted his hand and waved back, his heart swelling quietly in his chest.

And then, he noticed Ayane standing next to his mother, gazing at him with a faint, gentle smile crossed on her face.

Haruma smiled, just as a loud voice called out, "Harumaaa!"

He turned toward the sound and saw his teammates gathered near the center of the field. The trophy rested proudly on the turf in front of them as they waved him over, waiting for the full team photo.

With a light grin, Haruma jogged toward them and quickly took his place at their side.

"Ready?!" someone shouted.

The entire team roared in unison, voices rising together as the cameraman went into a frenzy, snapping rapid shots to capture the moment from every angle.

As the roar slowly faded and the final pictures were taken, the players broke into laughter and began stepping back from their pose, exchanging high fives, pats on the back, and easy smiles, still riding the high of victory together.

As Haruma stepped back with the others, the cameramen suddenly began calling out his name.

"Haruma!"

"Haruma, one shot please!".

Kurogami then stepped up beside him and placed a firm hand on his shoulder. And with a small grin, he gestured toward the trophy resting on the turf.

Haruma understood, and stepped forward, bent slightly, and lifted the trophy into his hands. Holding it close to his chest before turning toward the cameras.

The shutters began firing rapidly.

Haruma smiled naturally, then slightly angled the trophy outward, pointing at it with a subtle pride in his expression, as if silently declaring that this moment, this victory, was real.

The flashes continued, capturing him alone beneath the stadium lights, trophy gleaming in his grasp.

Just then, Itsuki came running toward him, a bright grin on his face. Without saying much, he placed the Prodigy trophy into Haruma's hands.

Haruma's smile widened instantly.

Itsuki gave him a playful round of applause before stepping back toward the team, leaving him at the center of it all.

Now, with the golden medal resting against his chest, the winning trophy secured in one arm and the Prodigy award in the other, Haruma turned toward the cameras once more.

A storm of flashes erupted, lighting up his face in bursts of white as the photographers captured the moment from every angle.

Behind him, the young wolves were clapping above their heads, while the stands were echoing with thunderous applause and cheers, the sound rising higher and higher beneath the stadium lights.

Haruma gave a grateful smile and mouthed a soft, "Thank you," before beginning to walk away. The cameras followed him closely, flashes still bursting around him.

Suddenly, a drone descended from above and hovered in front of him. A pen dangled neatly from it, swaying slightly in the air.

Haruma let out a faint amused smile before gently placing the Prodigy award on the turf, then balanced the championship trophy steadily in one hand. Reaching up, he pulled the pen from the drone, with calm precision.

Facing the lens, he leaned slightly forward and signed his autograph across the camera's display, his name written in bold, confident strokes.

Once finished, he capped it off with a small playful gesture, blowing a kiss toward the camera.

Then, without another word, he turned and walked away beneath the stadium lights, leaving the screen momentarily filled with the glowing signature of his name…

"Yeaahhhhhhh"

The Tokyo locker room was alive with cheerful noise, where the players had gathered in a tight circle near the entrance, their arms draped over each other's shoulders as they all were bouncing in rhythm, chanting at the top of their lungs.

Kabuto, Jiho, and Haru were especially fired up, voices loud and energy overflowing as they led the chant. Beside them, Haruma, Raya, and Nagisa bounced along with relaxed smiles, soaking in the atmosphere.

Amid the rising noise and pounding energy,

Kurogami stepped inside the room, the trophy firmly in his grasp, and he lifted it high above his head, letting out a triumphant roar.

The moment sent the room into another explosion of cheers. The players jumped higher, their chants growing louder as the locker room began to shake with celebration coming out as adrenaline.

Raon and Minato followed closely behind Kurogami, clapping loudly. The rest of the players continued bouncing in rhythm, chanting and cheering without pause.

The locker room felt electric, thick with joy, excitement, and pure celebration.

Kurogami then finally steadied himself in the center, keeping the trophy high above his head with a proud smile.

The team answered with one final thunderous cheer, voices rising together before slowly breaking into a strong, unified round of applause.

Still smiling, Kurogami then stepped aside, standing with his teammates, space naturally opened in the middle of the circle, allowing Minato-sensei to step forward into the center.

A proud, steady smile rested on Minato sensei's face as he looked around the circle, meeting each player's eyes.

"First of all… I'm proud of you. Every single one of you."

The room gradually quieted, the last echoes of chanting fading into attentive silence.

"Not just because we won, but because of how you fought for each other out there. I saw the effort, the sacrifices, the moments when you were tired but still kept going. That's what makes this special.

He paused, letting the words settle.

"That's what makes a champion. Not talent. Not hype. Discipline. Commitment and Trust."

"You trusted each other. You covered for each other. You fought for each other. And that's why we're standing here right now."

"Celebrate this," Minato-sensei said firmly. "Enjoy it. You've earned every second of it. But don't mistake this for the peak."

He gestured lightly toward the trophy.

"Be proud. But stay hungry… This is not the finish line. It's a reminder. A reminder of what you're capable of when you move as one."

"Congratulations, champions. I couldn't ask for a better team."

With that, Minato-sensei began clapping firmly, the sound echoing through the locker room, and almost instantly, the players joined in as the applause filled the space, loud, genuine, and full of pride…

About half an hour later, the team had changed into their traveling jerseys and gathered near the stadium exit, ready to head back to the academy.

Kurogami stood at the front, the shiny

championship trophy resting confidently in his hand, sunglasses perched casually on his face. The rest of the players stood behind him in small groups, sharing laughter and animated conversations. Around each of their necks, the golden medals still gleamed under the lights.

Haruma stood among them with a suitcase in hand, a relaxed smile on his face. Beside him, Makoto and Haru were locked in playful banter, nudging each other and laughing as the night slowly settled around the victorious Wolves.

Just then, Minato-sensei approached with Raon by his side and called out warmly,

"Alright, guys. Time to go."

The team responded at once, gathering their things and beginning to move toward the exit, medals swaying lightly against their chests as they left the stadium behind.

Haruma stepped out into the open air and had barely taken a few steps forward,

"Harumaaa!"

The familiar voice rang out loudly causing him to turn around to find Ryusei rushing toward him with his arms wide open, and before Haruma could react, Ryusei collided into him and pulled him into a tight, overwhelming hug.

Wrapped in Ryusei's embrace, Haruma smiled warmly, his composure easing into something even softer.
