His skin was ashen gray, etched with glowing red runes that seemed to pulse in time with his heartbeat. His long, wild hair spilled over his shoulders, a mixture of jet black and streaks of silver that gave him an almost feral look.

"I wasn't hiding here; in fact, I've been here for just three weeks. So, I thought, why not pay my respect to the enigmatic Myriad Galaxy King, and here I am." Jacob impassively stated while his soul force flickered without Myriad Galaxy King's notice. The Myriad Galaxy King didn't believe a single word of Jacob as he leaned forward, his eyes narrowing. "Paying your respect? I know every one of Legendary Kings of Dark Beings, and you don't match any of them. But it doesn't matter, I'm willing to look past our factions' enmity, and you waltz in here as long as you can work together with me, I'm sure we can get rid of those vile things.

"After all, since you showed your face here, it's probably because you are trapped here, and there is no way to escape. If it's an alliance you seek, I'm willing to consider it!" The Myriad Galaxy King's eyes shone with a maddening light as if he had seen hope to overcome this situation. "You're not qualified to become my ally, for you neither have the power nor the mind. The only thing you're good for is to become a meal!" Jacob's voice was impassive, but his words instantly alarmed Myriad Galaxy King. His eyes shimmered with madness, laced with equal parts rage and delusion, but before he could react, Jacob suddenly seemed to turn into a streak of black light, and the next moment, he appeared right in front of Myriad Galaxy King and transformed back to his real form.

But his speed was so fast that Myriad Galaxy King couldn't even react, it was almost like Jacob has just travel with speed of light! However, it wasn't just Myriad Galaxy King's imagination because Jacob just traveled at the speed of light by using the aspect of Astral Transcendence's fourth innate ability, Phase Shift!

This ability can not only allow him to step between light and space, enabling instantaneous movement through spatial rifts, but also shift between lights, and he can teleport to any visible location at the speed of light!
